Separate terms and conditions of booking and travel for Petit Hotel
The booking is binding as soon as it is confirmed in writing by the booking venue.
Payment
The booking must be paid for no less than ten (10) days before arrival using the payment link received with the letter of confirmation. If the booking is made less than ten (10) days before arrival, the entire amount shall be paid immediately. In the event we do not receive payment by the time stipulated, we will regard the booking as cancelled. If the trip includes transportation or other arrangements requiring immediate payment, the entire amount must be paid immediately.
Invoice
If payment via an invoice is requested, the booking can also be made directly by contacting the hotel or via a call centre, tel.: +46 (0) 411-558725.
Cancellation
Bookings may also be cancelled online free of charge up until 6.00 p.m. on the before arrival. Online cancellation is done at www.petithotel.se under the heading “Cancel your booking”. Login information is found on your confirmation. Bookings can also be cancelled or changed by sending an e-mail to booking@petithotel.se, or phoning tel. +46 (0) 411-558725, weekdays between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. The cancellation of the booking is valid after receipt of confirmation. For no-shows or cancellation made later than 6.00 p.m. on the day of arrival, the entire amount will be charged. If transportation is included in the package/booking, the booking must be cancelled via a call centre, and all tickets are to be returned as soon as possible and will be refunded according to the respective transport operator’s rules.
Check-in, late arrival
Guests arriving later than 6.00 p.m. must notify the venue of this in advance to avoid the risk of having the room let out to another customer.
Force Majeure
The traveller is not released from liability for payment, even if he/she is prevented from making use of the package holiday due to force majeure (war, atomic disasters, natural disasters or the like).
The technical organiser is Norden Resor i Skåne AB/Nordic Travel
The company has provided the statutory travel guarantees to Sweden’s Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency and has taken out extended liability insurance as a travel operator.
The General Terms and Conditions of Travel apply to all bookings.
Complaints
Any complaints must be presented to the manager of the hotel or his/her agent as soon as possible. If you are unable to resolve the problem, contact Nordic Travel by tel. +46 411 558725 or fax +46 411 558705. The right to complaint will be forfeited if you do not inform the vendor of the service on site. If you leave the accommodation venue and the operator does not have a reasonable amount of time in which to resolve the problem, you forfeit the right to compensation. Any claim for compensation must be received by Nordic Travel in writing not more than thirty (30) days after the end of the package holiday.
Rebooking costs
Rebooking of transportation and/or accommodation: SEK 250.00 per rebooking.
Personal Data Act
By means of this booking, you, the customer, consent to having your personal data processed by the hotel and the technical operator. This is done to guarantee the administration of the guest’s request and to guarantee reliable handling in the event of an accident and for being able to manage and treat any loss/damage. The data will also be used to provide information about travel-related offers and market surveys.
